How It Works

  • Step 1: Stop By

No reservation is needed to paint pottery with us unless you have a group of 10 or more. We encourage you to come in two hours before closing to give yourself enough time to paint.

  • Step 2: Pricing

We have a $13 studio fee per person per day (not per item or time) that covers the cost of your glaze and firing, plus the cost of the items painted. All items are priced individually, starting at around $10.

  • Step 3: Select Your Item

We have hundreds of pieces to choose from – from kid’s piggy banks and figurines to sophisticated dinnerware.

  • Step 4: Time To Paint

Our self-serve paint bar has every color you’ll need to complete your masterpiece. Need some inspiration? We have stamps, stencils, idea books, and special glazes to help you out.

  • Step 5: Now It's Our Turn

After your piece dries, we dip it in a clear glaze that seals it, so all dinnerware is fully functional. Note: We do not recommend putting pieces in the microwave or dishwasher. When the clear glaze dries, we fire your item in one of our three large kilns. Your piece spends about 24 hours in the kiln and reaches 1830 degrees.

  • Step 6: Picking Up

Our process takes about a week, and we will give you a courtesy call when your piece is finished. We hold finished items for up to 6 months, but we know you’ll want to see your artwork sooner!
